The following applies to all orders.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be liable for the loss of orders where an incorrect or malformed delivery address is provided. Please use capitals throughout. If we are unable to deliver an order because of an incorrect or malformed delivery address we will make all reasonable efforts to find the correct address. We will notify you of the correction and deliver or attempt to deliver the order to the correct address - additional charges may apply.

Despatch is normally completed on the day of ordering. If your order is placed after 15:30 hrs, at the weekend or during a bank holiday, despatch will normally be completed on the next working day.

The following applies to European Union and International orders.

These terms apply in addition to those previously stated.

EU customers may see their national governments charging import duty, VAT and consequentially shipping handling charges on orders.
