The following applies to all orders unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after your order has been received. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel and to notify us of a cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014).
To notify us of a cancellation, contact us via email at email@example.com or telephone us at 01270 747 963 (International Callers: +44 1270 747 963), providing your order number with your notice of cancellation. If you cancel your order but do not return the goods to us within 14 days, we shall be entitled to collect the goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.
If you cancel your order prior to despatch the full payment will be refunded, normally within 48 hours of your notice of cancellation. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account.

The products should be returned in an unused condition (tamper proof seals intake and packaging undamaged) and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a padded envelope and Recorded Delivery Service, as you will be held liable for non receipt of your returned goods. Refunds will be delayed until after acceptance of returned goods.
We regret that we will be unable to accept the return of products which have been opened or where the packaging has been damaged (making the product unsellable); however, your statutory rights regarding the quality of products will be unaffected. Basic initial delivery costs are refunded. Enhanced delivery costs, i.e. Signed For, are not refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account.

These terms apply in addition to those previously stated.
EU customers may see their national governments charging import duty, VAT and consequentially shipping handling charges on orders. Any of the above mentioned charges has to be claimed as a refund from the delivering postal service.
If you choose not to accept an order due to the imposition of import duty, VAT and consequentially shipping handling charges and the order is then returned to us by the delivering postal service. Please be aware that initial delivery costs will not be refunded.
