Suggested Use: One tablet daily with a glass of water or a cool drink. Do not exceed the stated daily intake.

Ingredients: Vitamin A acetate, Ascorbic Acid 95%, Cholecalciferol, Dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate 50%, Thiamin mononitrate, Riboflavin, Niacinamide, D-Calcium pantothenate, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Cyanocobalamin 1%, Pteroylmonoglutamic acid, Biotin, Calcium carbonate 95%, Magnesium oxide, Iron fumarate, Zinc oxide, Copper sulphate, Manganese sulphate, Silicon dioxide, Chromium chloride hexahydrate, Sodium selenite (1% Selenium), Potassium iodide, Choline bitartrate, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Camellia sinensis (100% leaf) (50:1), Spirulina platensis (100% frond) 60%, Cranberry extract (100% fruit) (10:1), Tagetes erecta extract (100% flower) (10:1), Citrus aurantium (100% fruit) (30:1). Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon dioxide. Coating material: Cellulose.
Additionally, it is free from artificial flavourings and preservatives and it is not tested on animals.
